October 7th- Horacio Ramirez was selected to replace Cole Hamels on the USA Olympic Team trials roster, he will report to camp on October 13th! Congrats to Horacio!
September 5th - Horacio had an outstanding outing in the first game of the doubleheader. He went nine innings only giving up 2 runs, 3 hits, 1 walk and 4 strikesouts. He struckout the side in the second inning when all three batters he faced struck out looking!! Horacio however did not get the win. The game went to extra innings and the Braves won in the 10th inning after Will Cunnane had came into the game. Horacio put the Braves in a position to win though and this outing should not be overlooked as one of his best.
August 30th- Horacio earned his first victory in 8 starts today against the Pirates. Horacios gave up 5 runs in 7 innings but the Braves bats gave him some offensive help and the final was 13-6. Congrats to Horacio, he DESERVED a good game and he pitched well. He looked very confident out there today.
August 29th- Horacio Ramirez will battle the Pirates starter, Oliver Perez on Saturday the 30th. Perez is 4-7 with an ERA of 5.38. He was part of the deal that sent Brian Giles to the Padres. Horacio is 8 and 4 with an 4.26 ERA
August 27- According to the Braves Official Site Horacio will be partipating in a signing at the Braves Clubhouse Store at the CNN Center on September 6th! Of Course we will be there! So if you would like to send Horacio a message be sure to send it to [email protected] and we will give it to him on that date!

August 25- Horacio will be skipped in the rotation this time so that the other starters can go on five days but Horacio will pitch against the Pirates on Saturday August 30th!
