I met him a couple times in Spring Training, but nothing more than he was signing and I was there. I decided early on that he was a favorite of mine, so I immediately started looking for stuff in my scrapbook to put about him. Luckily baseball weekly and MLB.com were being smart and run a few articles on him, and I had some pictures already, so I got a few pages together for him to sign... He was there signing at Disney and saw my pages and was like "wow that's pretty cool" which, me being me, stuttered and said hey thanks! lol Every once in a while we''d go to a road game where he was pitching, and I saw him at all of those. Got his attention a few times too, that was cool.

I went to Tampa recently and got to see him, which was AWESOME. I had collected a few letters from his fans, and didn''t get the chance to give it to him in game one, so I gave it to him in game two. He came out of the dugout and I wasn''t about to let him go to unapproachable center field, so I screamed HORACIO! And he waved and didn''t do much else, so I said it again, he looked again, and I asked him to come over. Granted, I was in a crowd of about a gazillion people who wanted autos... I didn''t want that, I just wanted to talk to him. Anyway, he came over, so very nice of him btw, and signed for the crowd while I gave him the letters. He said thank you about 50 times lol I could tell he appreciated them. I didn''t get to say much else because I was like shaking I was so happy lol

I hope to see him again when I go to Atlanta next, and if not, there's always Spring Training =D

Comments: Well, which one do you want? LOL. The Thursday game that we went to when he was pitching in the bullpen Kristi called him over to give him some letters and he kepted saying thank you, and smiling. Then on Friday he came over and signed for everyone that was over there which I thought was very great of him. Saturday he did the player fan interview and ask Kristi I am not the one that would go up to one of them and say anything...  LOL Kristi. So I went up there for moral support for Kristi when she asked her question and when he saw us he got this big smile on his face (Yes, Kristi I was actually watching him) then the last asked us how long we have been Horacio fans and both me and Kristi were like uhhhh and she was like well I guess it''s the quality not the quanity right and he was like yeah and started to laugh. Sunday he didn''t come over because he was pitching but we were right there cheering him on and everytime he came up to bat we would scream so loud. The first time this lady asked us who our favorite was. LOL it was quit funny.

Comments: I went to an AZ Fall League game yesterday and Team USA was playing. I went to the game hoping to see Horacio. My friend and I were by the bullpen and me and her were looking for Horacio. I saw alot of Adam Wainwright. Then finally I saw #38 (that is the number that Horacio is wearing for team USA). The players went to another field. We waited until they came back. I was watching out for Horacio. Then finally we saw him. We waited until he got to where we were. He was about to leave and we called him over. He signed the two cards that I had of him and I got my picture with him. I told him that Kristi says hi and I also told him about this website. I am not sure what he said because he talked so low. I am hoping to see him one more time on Thursday.
